There is nothing more wonderful than spending some time in the sky islands of southern Arizona during monsoon season. This year, due to an early and abundant monsoon season, the sky islands are rich in fungi. Come join us on a small group foray to learn more about mushrooms of the sky islands.

This Sunday, August 15 at 10:00 a.m., you have an opportunity to attend an educational foray near Tucson, AZ. 

This foray will require hiking approximately 3 miles in high elevations over steep and uneven terrain. Please know your limits and only register if this activity is well within them.

This event is free to all AMS members who register. Registration is for only one person and you can sign up one non-AMS guest to attend as well. Those who register will receive an e-mail with the meet-up location and time. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive an e-mail.
